Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Daily calling to potential customers from given leads
- Explain property/project details clearly and convincingly over the phone
- Schedule site visits with interested clients
- Follow up regularly with leads to convert into site visits and closures
- Maintain data of calls and responses in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with sales team for on-ground follow-ups
- Achieve weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling
- Basic knowledge of real estate projects (training can be provided)
- Target-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Hindi/English or local language
- Knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools is a plus
- Preferred Qualifications:Graduate in any field
- Experience in real estate telecalling/sales is an advantage
- Fresher with good communication also welcome
