The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, promoting products or services, answering queries, and generating leads or sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information as required.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain good customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Follow company scripts, guidelines, and compliance policies.
