Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi to effectively communicate with a wide customer base. Your role will involve cold calling, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and helping schedule appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a given database.
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
- Answer queries and handle objections smartly.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Keep detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call logs preferred.
- Minimum qualification: Graduation is a plus.
