Key Responsibilities:

?       Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

?       Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

?       Maintain customer data accurately in the system.

?       Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales or service closures.

?       Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

?       Prepare and submit regular reports on call activity and outcomes.

Key Requirements:

?       Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, and English (both spoken and written).

?       Excellent system knowledge with the ability to navigate and manage software efficiently.

?       Good to have: CRM software knowledge and experience.

?       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

?       Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

?       Prior experience in telecalling or a similar role is an advantage.
