Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic team at our immigration consultancy office. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about visa processes, and converting inquiries into leads.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote immigration services.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to client queries about visas, migration options, and documentation.
• Explain immigration processes clearly and convincingly.
• Follow up with clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain and update client database in CRM systems.
• Schedule appointments for walk-ins and consultations.
• Meet daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Basic knowledge of immigration/visa processes is preferred (training can be provided).
• Proficient in using phone systems, emails, and MS Office.
• Pleasant voice and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to convince and convert leads into clients.
