- Outbound Telecalling: Making outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about financial products and services.
- Inbound Call Handling: Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Product Knowledge: Being well-versed in the financial products and services offered, including their features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identifying and qualifying leads, following up with them, and guiding them through the application process.
- Sales Performance: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information in databases.
- Compliance: Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service during all interactions.
- Collaboration: Working with sales teams and other internal teams to achieve business goals.
