Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand our product, ensuring their queries are addressed, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  Speak with potential customers to understand their needs and introduce them to our product offerings.

  Clearly explain product features, benefits, and use cases to help customers make informed decisions.

  Follow up with leads and customers, updating and maintaining records in the CRM system.

  Conduct feedback calls to gather customer insights and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  Ability to explain technical or complex concepts in a simple and clear manner

  Experience with CRM tools is a plus

  Strong follow-up and organizational skills

  Customer-centric mindset
