Key Responsibilities - (MALE Candidates ONLY)

• Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries from interested youth
• Make outbound follow-up calls to students and young working professionals
• Share accurate and inspiring information about the FOLK residency programs
• Coordinate with the FOLK team to track leads, schedule visits, and confirm enrolments
• Maintain clean and timely Excel records of all communication and progress
• Ensure prompt and respectful follow-ups so that no lead is left behind
• Provide basic support to the outreach team when needed
