Job Description
Job Title: Client Recruiter Associate (Work from Home)
Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred)
Working Days: 5.5 days a week
Working Hours: 9 hours 30 minutes per day
Compensation: 20,000 - 30,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Requirements
- Experience in BPO Calling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages
- Experience in managing and achieving performance-based KPIs
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a client-facing recruitment environment
- Prior experience with remote work culture
