Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls For Hotel Room Bookings, Banquet Sales, And Packages. Convert Leads Into Confirmed Reservations And Upsell Hotel Services. Follow Up With Potential Guests & Corporate Clients For Repeat Business. Maintain Guest Database & Provide Excellent Customer Service. Coordinate With The Front Office Team For Smooth Bookings.
