Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential, along with a confident and determined approach. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection are also important traits. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Tele-caller with a proven track record in sales. The minimum educational requirement is an undergraduate degree (12th Pass).
