Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in tele sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets. This role involves outbound calling to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales. Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Consistently make outbound calls to prospective customers, generating interest and qualifying leads. Sales Conversion: Effectively present products or services, address customer inquiries, and convert leads into sales. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall team and company goals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Data Management: Accurately update customer information and sales data in the CRM system. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in tele sales or a related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
