As a telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting existing clients and potential customers to drive sales. Your primary duties will include promoting products or services, as well as addressing any inquiries that customers may have over the phone. By engaging in telecalling activities, you will have the opportunity to directly reach out to a targeted customer base. This is a full-time position that requires you to work during the day shift. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, although it is preferred but not mandatory. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in technical support, tele sales, or a similar field. Proficiency in Hindi and English is required to effectively communicate with customers.
