Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively persuade and influence customers. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office . Outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services. Establish a positive connection during conversations to create a favorable impression. Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and addressing any queries they may have. Understanding the needs and preferences of customers, they can tailor their approach and promote relevant products or services. Handling incoming calls from consumers seeking assistance, information, or support related to a product or service provided by the company. Their main responsibility is to resolve customer inquiries. Understand the needs of potential customers and persuasively promote a product or service to generate sales. Try to convert leads into actual sales or appointments. Should maintain a professional and courteous tone, actively listen to customers, and address their queries effectively. Having a good understanding of the products or services offered by the company Keeping records of calls made, leads generated, and outcomes is part of the job.
