Contact Customers With Overdue Accounts To Recover Pending Payments.Negotiate Payment Plans And Provide Solutions To Settle Outstanding Debts.Maintain A Professional.Manage Live Customer Accounts To Ensure Timely Payments.Provide Updates And Reminders To Customers About Due Dates,Handle Assigned Accounts To Ensure Efficient And Effective Collection Of Outstanding Amounts.Follow Up Regularly With Customers For Payment Commitments.Ensure Accurate Documentation Of All Interactions And Payment Updates.Etc. Preferably In Recovery Or Collections Processes.Ability To Handle Difficult Conversations Professionally.Basic Computer Knowledge And Familiarity With Crm Systems.Excellent Negotiation And Persuasion Skills.Good Organizational And Multitasking.
