Qualification Graduation in any stream Min Experience 1) Minimum 1 year experience relevant field is preferred. 2) Fresher may also apply. Age Not exceeding 30 years. Location Ernakulam Major Responsibilities Answering calls and resolving queries about products Lead conversion Pre-approved loan products Collection of lead data from existing or potential customers on Products other than pre-approved loans . Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to Sales group for closing the leads. Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines. Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about product description and offers and campaigns utilizing pre-defined scripts. Obtaining customer feed-back and handling queries & complaints, if any,
