Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the companys AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from planning to deployment, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure AI models and algorithms. Stay updated on emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and business stakeholders, to identify and deliver AI opportunities. Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and management to ensure data quality and effective pipelines. Monitor the performance of AI models in production and implement continuous improvement processes. Document methodologies, processes, and project outcomes, ensuring adherence to ethical AI principles and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; a Masters or Ph.D. is preferred. 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment in production environments. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and expertise with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Strong understanding of data management, engineering principles, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements. Knowledge of ethical AI principles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and regulatory compliance. Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, AWS Certified Machine Learning) are a plus.,
