Job Description
The Techno-Commercial Person is responsible for bridging the gap between technical and commercial functions by providing technical support and solutions to customers, assisting in product development, and ensuring that the printing ink products meet both customer needs and business objectives. This includes offering technical expertise during sales discussions, creating tailored solutions, conducting product demonstrations and customer training, collaborating with R&D and sales teams, and managing technical documentation. Additionally, they contribute to market analysis, drive customer satisfaction, and help optimize product offerings to align with market trends and commercial goals. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is on a Day shift, Fixed shift, Monday to Friday with a yearly bonus.
