Job Description
You will be working as a full-time Technician for Jio Fiber at GOLDY PVT LTD, based in Muzaffarnagar. Your primary responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and repairing Jio Fiber connections. This role will require you to conduct site visits, diagnose issues, configure customer premises equipment (CPE), and ensure the smooth operation of fiber connections. Additionally, you will be expected to provide technical support to customers, keep service records, and adhere to company standards and safety protocols. To excel in this role, you should have experience in installing and maintaining fiber optic connections, possess technical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity problems, and be knowledgeable about configuring CPE. Strong customer service and communication abilities are essential, along with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting. A fundamental grasp of networking and telecommunications systems is beneficial. The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical certification being a valuable asset.
