Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and development process across multiple projects.
• Mentor junior developers and establish coding standards and best practices.
• Design scalable backend services with Node.js and Django.
• Develop and manage frontend components using React and React Native.
• Integrate AI capabilities using Gemini API and other tools.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and pharma domain teams.
• Implement CI/CD, version control (Git), and testing frameworks.
• Plan and conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Establish documentation, onboarding guidelines, and architecture standards.
