Job Description

We are hiring a Software Technical Support Executive to help customers with our software products. Your job is to solve problems, answer questions, and make sure users are happy using our software.

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers with software issues via call, email, or chat
  • Understand and solve technical problems quickly
  • Guide users on how to use software features
  • Report bugs or errors to the technical team
  • Keep records of customer issues and solutions
  • Follow up to ensure the issue is fully resolved
  • Requirements:Basic knowledge of software and computers
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
  • Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
  • Graduate in IT or any related field (preferred but not mandatory)
