Job Description
We are hiring a Software Technical Support Executive to help customers with our software products. Your job is to solve problems, answer questions, and make sure users are happy using our software.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers with software issues via call, email, or chat
- Understand and solve technical problems quickly
- Guide users on how to use software features
- Report bugs or errors to the technical team
- Keep records of customer issues and solutions
- Follow up to ensure the issue is fully resolved
- Requirements:Basic knowledge of software and computers
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
- Graduate in IT or any related field (preferred but not mandatory)
