NEE Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers with inquiries. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers to promote company services. Inbound Handling: Answer customer queries and provide relevant information. Lead Generation: Identify interested customers and schedule meetings for the sales team. Customer Follow-up: Maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups. Data Management: Maintain and update customer records in the database. Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets through effective communication. Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree (preferred). Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers welcome). Skills: Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & English preferred). Persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
