Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Engineers to join our growing team. As a first point of contact for technical issues, you will be responsible for providing effective solutions related to hardware, software, and networking ensuring high-quality support and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address user tickets and troubleshoot technical issues (hardware/software/networking)

• Guide users through installation of applications and peripherals

• Provide support remotely and on-site as needed

• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference

• Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate internal teams

• Ensure systems are up-to-date and fully functional

• Assist in creating user guides and technical documentation

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS

• Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and networking concepts

• Experience with printers, scanners, and office automation tools

• Understanding of antivirus software and cybersecurity best practices

• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills

• A customer-first attitude and a desire to learn
