Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Technical Services Manager. The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for providing technical services and support, troubleshooting issues, setting protocols for inhouse trials, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions for the field team. Work closely with Product management team for new product developments & providing technical inputs. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical challenges. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Services and Technical Support in Animal Health Industry Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving skills Excellent Customer Service abilities Experience in delivering Training sessions Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Background in animal nutrition or related field is a plus Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field such as Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, or related discipline Candidates with experience in Animal Health & Nutritions only need to apply,
