Send Order acknowledgement to customer and send Proforma Invoice, if required

Releasing All type of Job Cards (Design, Trial , Regular , schedule, Rejection & repeat change) and Short closing of Job Cards , if required

Send Email to concern person for any urgency or convey to all concern Person

Working on Report of KPI (Delivery Performance)

Documentation & Report Generation Related Audit

Updating for Delivery dates for New & Regular Job in planner and ERP

Planner checking, updating & releasing it to Production 1 & 2

Advance Payment against Proforma Invoice follow up

Raise a purchase requisition for stationery or other material

Sales Forcast & Order review; taking required action - PO followup

Attend daily Meeting for dispatch status & taking necessary action for the same.

Check & prepare all KPI Report & making correction ,if required

Monthly Sale  Order Report

Priority list to be given to production after bulk kit received

Quotations for regular jobs

ISO Audit report preparation

Checking urgency ,if required by Customer for pending dispatch

Customer Interaction report discussion with Sir

Filling up Vendor Registration Forms
