Join our team at TAG Chemicals Pvt Ltd, Kerala as a Sales Officer in the Technical Field Sales department based in Pune. TAG Chemicals Pvt Ltd specializes in manufacturing and distributing release agents, industrial coatings, and high-performance specialty coatings through technical collaboration with TAG Chemicals GmbH (Germany) & Durafine Coatings (Canada). Our mission is to collaborate with manufacturers to improve productivity and process efficiency. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in engaging with both prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions. You will be the primary representative of our company in the field, managing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with our inside sales team for a seamless sales process. Your responsibilities will include business development, technical product presentations, account management, and post-sales support. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with industrial clients to analyze their application requirements and technical needs - Recommend suitable product solutions based on client specifications - Conduct product trials at customer sites and offer hands-on post-sales technical support - Collaborate with internal teams such as technical service and logistics for efficient order fulfillment - Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends - Cultivate strong client relationships to drive repeat business and ensure long-term customer loyalty The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of field sales experience in technical or industrial products, proficiency in English and the local language, a graduate degree in any discipline, a keen interest in learning technical product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. A self-driven individual who is open to regional travel will thrive in this role.
