Job Description
As a Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading software development teams and projects with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Your strong technical background should include hands-on expertise in Frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Backend using Go Language, Mobile development with Flutter and React Native, and Cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP (at least one). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential for this role, including Word for documentation and specs, PowerPoint for presentations and client updates, and Excel for tracking, reporting, estimations, and resource planning. Your job will also require strong project documentation skills, encompassing writing use cases, technical requirements, and meeting summaries. Familiarity with task/issue tracking tools like JIRA, Bugherd, or similar is necessary. You should have a deep understanding of Agile practices such as Scrum/Kanban and SDLC workflows. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are crucial for effective project management. It would be beneficial to have exposure to AI-based development tools and platforms like Replit, OpenAI APIs, and Windsurf. Experience in additional backend or infrastructure technologies and prior involvement in DevOps and CI/CD processes will be considered a plus for this role.,
