Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead BizOps, with a strong emphasis on project management. The ideal candidate should have technical proficiency in Linux, MySQL, SIP, Networking, MSC, and SMSC, as well as expertise in using tools like Jira and other project management software. Additionally, a solid understanding of Value-Added Services (VAS) business operations and prior experience in team leadership are essential for success in this role. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Technical Operations and Project Management. Experience managing small teams. Managing projects from initial planning to execution and to ensure delivery within timeline. Handling all the communication related to the assigned customer accounts Understanding of Telecom VAS Network. knowledge of various telecom protocols and nodes in infrastructure. Good Knowledge of IVR , OBD , SMS Call flows Should have hands on experience on Linux and Windows server Should have good knowledge of MYSQL queries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data management. Strong familiarity with project management tools like MPP, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-Directed Leaders Individuals who proactively take ownership of their work, driving productivity and innovation with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams toward achieving common goals. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) is a plus. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the team's daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer issues in alignment with company SLAs. Act as a primary point of escalation for critical issues, providing strategic input and directing the team on best practices for issue resolution. Implement best practices and lean methodologies to increase operational efficiency and productivity. Troubleshooting of application issues , logs debugging and resolve technical issues Creation of project documentation, MOPs, incident RCAs, daily reports etc Deploying new services on Linux and Windows servers, configuration over Database Manage client relationships to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services Communication with internal stakeholders across Engineering ,IT team , Product team and business units to gather requirements and issues resolution Revenue Assurance is the key responsibility Need to work with Account Management and Business teams to meet the Revenue targets Need to Manage Project from initiation to launch and ensure the timely delivery of the projects Provide 24/7 support and maintain 99.9 % uptime for your services.,
