Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers and oversee the development process from start to finish Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and create technical specifications Design and implement complex web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and other related technologies Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the software development industry Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field At least 4-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on JavaScript and related technologies Proven experience in leading a development team and managing projects Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and other JavaScript frameworks and libraries Experience with agile development methodologies Solid understanding of web development principles, including MVC architecture, REST APIs, and database design Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: JavaScript: 5 years (Preferred) Python: 2 years (Preferred),
