Job Description
You will be working as a Technical Customer Support in a dynamic IT Solutions and Service Company based in Pune. With 4-5 years of experience in Customer Support Voice Process, you will be responsible for utilizing your strong written and verbal communication skills in an American Accent to effectively understand customer issues and provide clear explanations. Your active listening skills will be crucial in carefully attending to customer inquiries and concerns to fully grasp their needs. In this role, you will need to showcase proficiency in both soft and technical skills, allowing you to communicate effectively, collaborate efficiently, and apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues. Familiarity with navigating ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and other customer support tools will be necessary. You should exhibit flexibility in handling diverse customer inquiries and situations, along with the ability to analyze customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions. To excel in this position, you should possess a Graduate degree and proven experience in Technical Customer Support, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT services and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and you should be highly motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
