The available profiles are as follows: Lead Full Stack Developer: - Experience: You should have 10+ years of experience in application development and architecture. - Core Skills: Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, cloud deployment (preferably Azure), and GitHub-based DevOps is required. - Bonus Skills: Experience with Go and familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and DICOM would be a plus. Mid-Level Full Stack Developer: - Experience: You should have at least 5 years of experience in full-stack application development. - Core Skills: Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, GitHub Actions CI/CD, Postgres, and working in cloud environments is essential. - Bonus Skills: Exposure to Go, Sentry, or healthcare tech integrations is advantageous. QA / Software Tester: - Experience: You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance. - Core Skills: Proficiency in testing in active/agile development cycles, regression testing, and bug reporting is necessary. - Bonus Skills: Familiarity with automated testing tools or healthcare applications would be beneficial.
