Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers and partners based on provided lists or scripts. Lead Generation: Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to determine their interest in our cloud solutions. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads. Data Entry: Accurately record lead information and call outcomes in our CRM system. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to potential customers and partners. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead qualification process. Required Qualifications: B.Tech(CS/IT) or BCA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
