Job Description
You should have 3-14 years of experience in hands-on testing and leading a team. A strong academic background with excellent communication skills is required. You must hold a degree in B.E/B.S/B.Tech/M.S/ME/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication or related branches. As a Test Engineer, your responsibilities will include defining System Test specifications based on Product Requirements, Use cases, and 3GPP Standards. You will be involved in hands-on testing (Manual and Automation) of test cases and leading a group of junior team members to achieve desired tasks. Your mandatory skills should include working experience in testing and validation of L1 (High PHY), MAC, RLC, as well as knowledge of 3GPP standards like LTE/5G-NR radio access technology (L1, MAC & RLC). You should have experience in Functional, Performance, Stress, and Regression testing on DU SW including Flex RAN. Additionally, hands-on experience in Keysight/VIAVI/Spirent O-RAN Emulators testing and validation equipment is required. Experience in 4G & 5G Features such as Carrier Aggregation, Multi-Band, Modulation, Pre-coding, Beamforming, Fronthaul compression, DSS, MIMO, Channels (PDCCH, PUSCH, PUCCH, PRACH etc), HARQ is essential. You should have experience in defining Test strategy, bringing out Test Object list, Test criteria, Test case definition, and 1-year Test case execution and Instrumentation Automation experience with Python 3.x. Working experience with Jira, good communication, and test reporting skills are crucial for this role. Additional desired skills include experience with Microservices, Dockers, Containers, Kubernetes based Cloud automation & Orchestration technology, and field testing of Embedded products.,
