What we offer As a Tech/Engineering Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead innovative projects and collaborate with experienced professionals in a supportive environment. Main Responsibilities Primary responsibility will be people management, status reporting, and shift scheduling. Work closely with US stakeholders, including Product and Engineering teams, to align development efforts with business needs. Use collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps for communication and project management. Implement Agile methodologies to ensure effective project delivery. Manage incidents and problems using ServiceNow. Do you fit the role At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You are available to work in hybrid hours from 1600-0100 IST (0530-1430 EST). Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability to navigate a multi-cultural, global work environment. Strong communication skills, leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
