Job Summary:As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of insurance advisors or sales officers to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and drive business growth for Bluechip Investment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Finance Product Advisors or Sales Officers
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching & feedback
Motivate team members to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Drive Finance product sales through the team
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Ensure consistent growth in business volume and market presence
Training & Development
Conduct regular training sessions for product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance
Help team stay updated with company offerings and regulatory requirements
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction
Resolve customer issues and ensure policy servicing
Reporting & Compliance
Submit sales reports and MIS on a timely basis
Ensure team adherence to all company policies
