Job Description
Responsibilities: Design and deliver structured training programs for new hires, process specfic training to existing team members. Develop and maintain training calendar pan company and ensure scheduled trainings and assessment are in place Provide knowledge score for everybody in operations by conducting assessments specific to the process. Create interactive training modules using AI tools/E-learning platforms. Adminster and manage the LMS platform ensuring all the training content is up to date and properly organized. Track the progression and completion status on all the required training modules and follow up to completion. Faciliate/provide induction to users joinint the system, introducing them to the company's RCM proceses, platform and organization structure Work with operational stakeholders to align training program with the organization/industry standards. Sound knowledge on HIPAA and other healthcare regulations and should be able to manage training requirements related to healthcare compliance. Minimum Educational Qualifications: Any degree Minimum Previous Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as a Training TL on paper with industry experience of minimum 5 years. Other Skills: Sound knowledge on the end-to-end RCM process with hands on experience working in the AR process and training people from all verticals of RCM.
