Job Description

As a Gaming Zone Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gaming zone. Your main duties will include ensuring the smooth functioning of all gaming machines and consoles, training and guiding gaming staff on customer engagement and technical troubleshooting, monitoring guest interactions, handling escalations, tracking equipment performance, coordinating maintenance schedules, and assisting in inventory control and reporting. To be successful in this role, you should have 3-5 years of work experience and hold a diploma or degree in any field (with preference for Gaming or Hospitality). Prior experience in a gaming arcade or entertainment zone is required. Strong customer service and team-handling skills are essential, along with proficiency in gaming consoles, arcade machines, and troubleshooting. Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends is a must. This is a full-time position located on-site. The job type is full-time, and the benefits include Provident Fund. The work schedule may involve day shifts and rotational shifts.
