Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Monitor and drive the team's performance to meet individual and team sales goals. Team Management: Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team productivity. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Address and resolve client queries and issues promptly.
