A Team Leader is responsible for guiding, motivating, and directing a team of individuals towards achieving specific goals and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues that arise within the team, ensuring a harmonious work environment. 
• Providing regular updates on team progress to management, escalating issues when necessary. 
• Ensuring the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and standards.
