### **Job Description:**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Team Leader** with a strong background in the **share market and advisory industry** to join our growing team at Insight Research.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales/advisory executives.

* Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of targets.

* Guide team members in pitching share market products and advisory services to clients.

* Handle escalations and provide expert advice to clients as needed.

* Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines and company policies.

* Provide regular training and mentoring to team members.

* Track market trends and support the team with effective sales strategies.

* Submit performance reports and provide feedback to management.

### **Key Requirements:**

* Minimum **2-4 years of experience** in the share market advisory domain.

* Proven track record in team handling and achieving sales/advisory targets.

* Strong knowledge of stock market products, equity, derivatives, and advisory regulations.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

* Graduation in any stream; NISM certification is a plus.
