As a Team Lead - Environmental Projects at Northamps, you will be leading our waste management initiatives, specifically focusing on STPs, ETPs, and biogas plants. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 4 years of experience in the waste management industry. Your responsibilities will include project execution, client management, sales growth, and team leadership. Your main responsibilities will involve leading the execution and management of STP, ETP, and biogas plant projects. You will drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and closing deals. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation will be crucial for successful project delivery. You will also be responsible for managing and delegating responsibilities within the team to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality output. Mentoring and training staff to foster skill development and maintain high performance will be an integral part of your role. Ensuring compliance with all environmental regulations and standards is essential. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an M.Tech in Environmental Engineering or a related field. Additionally, you should have over 4 years of proven experience in the waste management industry, specializing in STP, ETP, and biogas plants. Strong leadership, client handling, and sales management skills are required, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities. A results-driven mindset with the capability to meet and exceed expectations is crucial for this role. The salary package for this position is 5 - 5.5 LPA, and the location is in Kochi, Kerala.
