Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring project deliverables are met with high quality and on time. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, architecture, and design. Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using modern technologies. Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Identify and resolve technical challenges, bottlenecks, and risks. Drive the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve processes. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead role. Strong proficiency inASP.NET MVC,C#, andEntity Framework. Experience with front-end technologies:HTML5,CSS3,JavaScript, and frameworks likeAngular. Knowledge of database systems, especiallySQL Server. Familiarity with cloud platforms likeAzureorAWS.
