Job Description As an accountant at Shubhashray Housing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring statutory compliances and financial accuracy. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of MIS, funds flow, and financial statements - Handling and finalizing tally data - Preparation and filing of GST returns - Preparation and filing of RERA returns - Preparation and filing of TDS returns - Ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines and filings such as ROC, GST, LWF, ESIC, EPF, RERA, and Income Tax. Key Skills Needed To excel in this role, you should have: - Proficiency in Excel - Experience in tax filing - Advanced knowledge of income tax and GST - Preferably a CA Inter/CA Dropout with 2-3 years of experience, although freshers will also be considered - Dedication, focus, and strong communication skills Compensation and Benefits The offered CTC is 7 lakhs per year, with negotiable terms based on competence.
