Job Description
Job Title: Abacus and Vedic Math Teacher (Female) Part Time Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated female teacher to join our team and teach Abacus and Vedic Mathematics. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of these subjects, a genuine passion for teaching, and the ability to work with children in a fun and engaging way. As an Abacus and Vedic Math teacher, you will help students develop critical thinking, enhance their mental math skills, and foster a love for learning. Key Responsibilities: Teach Abacus and Vedic Mathematics to students of various age groups (typically children aged 5-15). Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to teach mathematical concepts using Abacus and Vedic methods. Create a positive, supportive, and interactive classroom environment. Assess and monitor students progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians. Provide personalized attention to students who need additional help or challenges. Encourage creativity, problem-solving skills, and confidence in students. Maintain class records, student attendance, and progress reports. Participate in teacher training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching methods and subject knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field. Certification or training in Abacus and Vedic Math is preferred (or willingness to undergo training). Previous teaching experience, especially in Abacus, Vedic Math, or related subjects, is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
