Job Title: Tech Lead Full Stack Developer Experience: 1.5 to 2 Years Location: Block H, Sector 63, Noida Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, along with solid exposure to cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. You will be responsible for leading a small development team, managing project deliverables, and ensuring code quality and architecture best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development of web applications using modern full stack technologies. Design scalable architecture and implement clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps. Drive the adoption of best practices in code standards, testing, and deployment. Mentor junior developers and guide them in both technical and soft skills. Manage deployments and infrastructure using Azure and AWS services. Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness. Technical Skills Required: Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design Backend: Experience with Node.js / .NET / Java / Python (choose based on your stack) RESTful API development and integration Database experience (SQL and NoSQL MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Cloud & DevOps: Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps) Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance Other: Git version control Agile/Scrum methodology understanding Basic understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field 3 to 4 years of full stack development experience with leadership exposure Strong communication and team collaboration skills Proven ability to manage and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 26/06/2025,
