Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori items such as naan, roti, tandoori vegetables, kebabs, and paneer-based dishes. and North Indian foods.
- Handle and maintain the tandoor oven and other kitchen equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Follow proper hygiene and sanitation procedures during food preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory of tandoori supplies and report shortages in advance.
- Cooperate with kitchen staff and support in preparing accompaniments and other Indian cuisine when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the tandoor station and ensure food safety compliance.
