Job Description
Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to users of our Tally software, resolving issues and answering queries promptly and effectively. Utilize your deep knowledge of Tally to guide customers through software functionalities, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring smooth software operations. Responsibilities Execute all new software implementations as per the requirement of our customers. Prepare Documentation of the Requirements of clients after doing the system study. Work with Sales team for preparing and conducting technical software demo. Execute Installation of Tally. ERP9 Software and provide hands-on training to the customer. Support the Sales Team during system study as well as preparation of technical demo. Provide Technical & Functional Support to new as well as existing customers. Qualifications Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Experience: 3 - 6 years in accounts along with Experience in Tally,
