? Job Overview:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Tally Operator (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Tally and capable of handling billing, stock management, dispatch supervision, and payment follow-ups.

• ? Key Responsibilities:Prepare and generate bills/invoices using Tally
• Maintain stock records and manage inventory updates in Tally
• Oversee and supervise warehouse dispatches and operations
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries
• Make calls to clients/customers for payment reminders and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
• Assist in basic administrative and accounting tasks as needed
• ? Requirements:Only female candidates are eligible for this role
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Tally is a must
• Good communication skills for calling clients
• Ability to manage stock and supervise warehouse activities
• Organised, punctual, and a team player
• Prior experience in similar roles will be a plus
