Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Mohali Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent across IT and non-IT functions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Planning: Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs across IT and non-IT roles. Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet staffing goals. Sourcing & Outreach: Source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for diverse roles. Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates" qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Employer Branding: Promote the companys employer brand to attract top talent. Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events. Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and candidate satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports. Compliance: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and labor laws. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process. Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition, including IT and non-IT recruitment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with employer branding and talent marketing. Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment strategies for IT and non-IT roles. Proficiency in data-driven recruitment strategies and analytics.
