Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and source potential candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking). Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidate Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from application to offer. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements. Assist in creating job descriptions and defining recruitment strategies. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth interview process, including logistics and communication. Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates. Negotiate offer terms when necessary and ensure candidates understand all aspects of the offer. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes. Who are we looking for Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. A masters degree will be an added advantage. 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition (Edtech industry preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with social media recruiting and job board advertising Good exposure to MS Excel,
